Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on 26th September 2026.
At MadeByLysi, I want my website to be welcoming and accessible to as many people as possible.
I am committed to making the MadeByLysi website easier to use for people with different abilities and access needs, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation or screen magnification.
Our approach to accessibility
I am working to improve the accessibility and usability of the MadeByLysi website by:
-
Using clear and straightforward language wherever possible.
-
Providing meaningful text alternatives for important images.
-
Using clear headings and page structure.
-
Choosing colours and text combinations that are easy to read.
-
Making links and buttons clear and easy to understand.
-
Ensuring that website content can be navigated using a keyboard wherever possible.
-
Avoiding unnecessary flashing or rapidly moving content.
-
Making forms and checkout information as clear and straightforward as possible.
Because MadeByLysi is a small independent business, accessibility is an ongoing process. I regularly review the website and make improvements where I can.
Accessibility limitations
Although I aim to make the website as accessible as reasonably possible, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible.
The MadeByLysi website is built using Wix, and some accessibility features may depend on the functionality provided by Wix and other third-party services used on the website. Product images are an important part of the MadeByLysi shopping experience, particularly because the products are hand-designed greeting cards.
I aim to provide appropriate alternative text for images where it is useful and meaningful.
Feedback and assistance
If you have difficulty accessing any part of the MadeByLysi website, please let me know. I am happy to consider reasonable ways to provide information or assistance in an alternative format where possible.
Please contact:

When contacting me, it would be helpful if you could tell me:

The page or part of the website you were trying to use.
-
What difficulty you experienced.
-
What you were trying to do.
-
Any accessibility feature or alternative format that would help you.
I will consider your feedback and use it to help improve the accessibility of the website.
Ongoing improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment.
I will continue to review the MadeByLysi website and make improvements where reasonably possible so that customers can browse, understand and purchase products with greater ease.
Thank you for helping me make MadeByLysi more accessible.
